the ladies behind the KIND Reset
Mukta and Adrita, are friends for life who have navigated their careers in HR, Consulting, and entrepreneurship, for the past 2 decades. They met in their 20s back when they were both prepping for the MBA entrance exams. At the time they thought they had their career path cut out : MBA – corporate ladder – HR Leadership.
And Mukta did follow that dream and is an HR Leader today, but Adrita had a very different career trajectory. She moved from copywriting to HR, shifted her life to a new country and today runs a travel agency in Finland.
And our completely different life stories have shown us, women need to be unapologetically themselves, out loud and should always prioritize economic stability through any career they want to invest in.
