Adrita is an HR Operations Partner and Change Facilitator, with experience across cultures, industries and continents, and with companies at different stages of growth. Her biggest takeaway from the corporate world is – great systems alone cannot create great organizations, the power lies within the people.
Every transformation is, at its core, a human transformation. Success, growth and expansion are products of a shift that occur only when people understand the why, see the value in their own context, and feel safe enough to evolve into the change.
