KIND PROPRIETARY FRAMEWORK
.
the KIND Reset
what’s the KIND quadrant?
The experiences, learnings, and lessons behind creating the KIND framework!
What this community is, what it is not, and what it can offer to the women looking to steer their career towards a new direction.
Let’s start with the name – Why KIND?
Growing up we are often taught to be kind – kind to our parents, grandparents, siblings, relatives, friends, teachers, then eventually our partners, in-laws and children. But I wonder how many times have we heard growing up, ‘be kind to yourself first’?
And then there is the other narrative – being kind is a sign of weakness. It’s a sign that anybody can walk all over you and treat you like a doormat.
But being kind is not equal to being weak. Infact one of the biggest thing that happens when you are kind to yourself is you STAND UP for yourself – for what you believe in and what you deserve.
But honestly, are we unconditionally, unequivocally kind to ourselves, all the time? Being kind to yourself is the seed from where CHANGE Begins. And that was the seed behind The KIND Reset.
When we started envisioning The KIND Reset we knew that this needs to be more than just another community.
It needs to be a framework, a model, an operational tool for women to be able to use it to navigate the next career chapter of their lives (yes our HR, Leadership and Change Management brains were in full swing)
So we built our KIND™ framework

Even a few years back, a career pivot for women, especially in their mid life was quite a rarity.
Women often felt the right time had passed. And those who did step outside the box were met with doubts, questions, rejections and often felt too lonely to continue on the path!
But the world has changed… today women are doing work that was once dismissed as ‘hobbies’ and making a career out of it.
More than enough women have thrown this age debate out of the window. And have shown us what it’s like to build a career of freedom and power using skills that were once sidelined.
But let’s face it, it’s not easy navigating away a career and life you’ve invested years to build.
- There is the initial feeling of overwhelm – where do I start?
- Will my family, friends, parents, partner, colleagues, society understand?
- Will I have enough time?
- Does my idea even make sense to anyone else?
- What if I feel alone and unheard in this journey?
The truth is, change is hard. But it’s your change and it needs to make sense only to you!
So whether you want to change career tracks or start your own business, you do not need permission from anyone or anything in this world, except your own self…. it starts with YOU.
But here is the caveat : just thinking about it will not make everything fall in place. There needs to be a clear roadmap and operational blueprint to move from ideation to reality.
And during this period, there might be multiple pivots and changes in your idea, product development, how you look at the big picture, your skills or your product. Questions around how you sell, market and promote yourself, and how you evaluate and activate your leadership skills.
With The KIND Reset, we have two simple goals :
- to create a safe space for you to ask anything & everything on career pivot freely
- offer practical, hands on frameworks that help you through the entire change path : from ideation to monetization
What The KIND Reset is NOT ?
When you’re standing at the edge of a sea of questions, it’s easy to believe that a career coach, a ‘how to become the new version of yourself’ course – basically someone else has the answer.
But let us tell you, that’s not it. NO ONE ELSE CAN DO IT FOR YOU. NO ONE ELSE HAS THE ANSWER BUT YOU.
Hence, The KIND Reset does NOT :
- tell you what career you should pursue.
- is not a community that leaves you feeling inspired on Sunday and overwhelmed on Monday.
- tell you to quit your job tomorrow in the name of ‘following your passion’.
- is not a collection of generic productivity hacks, personality tests, or AI prompts that promise to transform your career overnight.
.
… this journey is yours… it does not need to look like anyone else’s.
